MULTI-TALENTED Damilola Banire is a Nollywood actress, media personality, event host and ambassador to different brands. In January 2011, Banire resigned from her banking job to pursue her career in the entertainment industry — acting, TV presenting and Radio OAP.

 The Mass Communication graduate often calls herself  Media Entrepreneur. According to her, she does everything under the entertainment umbrella except singing.

Her unique talents have made her ambassodors to different brands including Gbera herbal drink, Stonicxapparel and Teeshafobabyfoods amongst others.

Apart from her talents and skills, Banire has also carved a niche for herself with her unique style of dressing. One  other thing that atrracted Naija Times, is her fun and lovable personality; never a dull moment with Banire; you could mistake her for a stand-up comedienne.

Challenges

There are so many challenges we all go through in every industry like man know man, gang members and all, most of all Godfatherism.  When you go out there to meet people instead of them to ask what you can do, they will be giving your opinions of what they know you can’t do! These are very difficult challenges I face, but it has not stopped my work.
