BBNaija Laycon gets Benz as birthday gift

IT is bazaar time for Big Brother Naija Lockdown housemates as fans keep throwing gifts at them during their birthdays while governments recognise them with appointments.

Just as Dorothy who finished as first runner-up was savouring her new Mercedes Benz car presented to her by fans during her 25th birthday last week, the overall winner, Laycon whose 27th birthday was yesterday, November 8, also got a 2015 black Mercedes Benz E350 from his fans.

Both Nengi and Tricky Tee were appointed Senior Special Assistants to the Governor of Bayelsa State last week.

Laycon himself was appointed a Youth Ambassador by his Ogun home state governor immediately after emerging the winner of the Season Five Lockdown edition of the reality show.

Dorothy during her birthday party did not just get a car, her shoe rag was beefed up with about 24 pairs of shoes.

She might not need to buy shoes for a long time, not with the new car that would reduce her trekking experience and the hall of shoes that she now has.

Laycon’s fans had a birthday bash for him on Sunday night during which they presented the car as a birthday gift. The car is reportedly worth N12 million.

The rain of expensive gifts on the former reality show housemates since they left the house belies the much-talked about harsh economic situation in the country.
