LAGOS: CP Odumosu orders release of ‘Mr Macaroni’, 34 others

COMMISSIONER of Police in the state, Hakeem Odumosu, has reportedly ordered the release of ace comedian, ‘Mr Macaroni’ and all the 34 others arrested at the Lekki tollgate this morning.

According to TV Continental this evening, the CP said the arrested protesters should be released immediately.

 Macaroni and the others joined the #OccupyLekkiTollGate protest  this morning and by so doing defied the police ban.

The comedian and others at the protest ground were arrested, herded in a Black Maria and detained at Area J Police Command, Elemoro, Ibeju Lekki.
