Falz pens touching tribute to father at 63

NIGERIAN rapper and songwriter, Folarin Falana also known as Falz, has taken to social media to express his love for his dad, Femi Falana, a lawyer and a human rights activist, as he turns 63.

According to the 30-year-old, he is grateful to his father for staying true through the years of hard work and perseverance.

Speaking further, the artist mentioned he had played so many roles in his life and positively impacted him as a father, teacher, mentor, idol, brother and friend.

Falz added that he is blessed to have such a great person as a father.

Taking to his verified Instagram platform, Falz wrote, “Thank you for staying true through the years. For being a great father, teacher, mentor, idol, brother & friend all in one body. I am blessed to be your son. Happy Birthday dad”.

Some of his fans also joined in celebrating Falana at 63.
