THE Head of Public Affairs in the Lagos State Public Works Corporation, Samuel Ayetutu, has been confered with the fellowship of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
Samuel Ayetutu is a Communications Strategist with over 20 years of hands-on experience having played leading roles in conceptualising and executing a wide variety of projects in public relations, advertising and print production, cutting across public and private sectors orientation.
With over two decades of active involvement in the Lagos State Government’s information management apparatus, Ayetutu has robust exposures in diverse public sector environment covering health, home affairs and culture, sports, works and infrastructure as well as women affairs and poverty alleviation. He also had a stint with the Department of Mass Communication of Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu as a part-time lecturer between 2005 and 2008.
He is presently a doctoral student of Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo having earlier obtained a Master’s Degree in Communication at the Lagos State University, Ojo.
He holds a Prince 2 Certification in Project Management by the Association of Project Management (APMG) United Kingdom and is also a full member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON).
The fellowship, being the highest professional accomplishment in the practice of public relations, is a mark of excellence and profound accomplishment.
