ABDULKARIM Bala Na’Allah, the eldest son of Senator Bala Na’Allah and two others have been reportedly killed by bandits in separate attacks in Kaduna North and Kajuru LGAs.
Na’Allah, a pilot was said to have been killed today by hoodlums in his Malali (GRA) residence in Kaduna North.
His father is the Senator representing Kebbi South Senatorial District. He is said to be currently out of the country.
An aide to Senator Na’Allah, Malam Garba Mohammed, confirmed the killing of the trained pilot.
Abdulkarim, 36, is said to be one of Senator Na’Allah’s three sons, who are all pilots.
“Suspected Kaduna Bandits kill Captain Abdulkarim Bala Na Allah, the first son of Senator Bala Na’Allah, in his Malali GRA Residence Kaduna today,” said a statement trending on social media.
While confirming the tragic incident, Mohammed disclosed that the assailants gained entrance into the house through the roof behind the house and proceeded to Abdulkarim’s section through the ceiling.
A neighbour’s security guard noticed that the gate of Adulkarim’s home opened and raised the alarm which led to the discovery of the remains of the pilot.
Speaking to journalists, Mohammed said the funeral prayers of the deceased will hold at Yahaya road while burial will take place at Unguwan Sarki cemetery.
Meanwhile, on the Kajuru attack, it was said that the bandits invaded the Makoro Iri Village in Kajuru and killed two persons.
The bandits were said to have stormed the village and shot indiscriminately and killed the two on Saturday night.
Commissioner for Internal Secretary and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, identified the victims as Gideon Mumini and Barnabas Ezra.
The Commissioner also said that troops of the Operation Safe Haven rescued travellers along the Gidan Waya- Godogodo road in Jema’a LGA of the state.
He gave the names of the rescued travellers as Jibril Salisu, Happy Sunday and Ruth Dauda.
“Security agencies have reported to the Kaduna State Government that two persons were killed by bandits in Makoro Iri village of Kajuru LGA,” said the commissioner.
He added, “According to the report, bandits invaded the remote village and shot dead the duo identified as Gideon Mumini and Barnabas Ezra.”
