NOLLYWOOD actress and ROK Tv boss, Mary Njoku has attacked fashion police fans that said she looks like a local person when seen outside.
According to the mother of two, these people come up with the ideas of how her look does not befit her position and her fame in the industry because she is supposedly their role model
In addition, she said they left the issues in their own lives and decided to meddle in her own life to focus on giving unwanted fashion advice to her.
Mary revealed she should not be addressed as a role model if it is all about the dressing but not what the person has to offer to society, adding that they should make their family members their role models instead.
Speaking further, she told them to shut their mouths and let her live her life the way she wants.
Taking to Instagram Mary Njoku wrote: “If you see me on the road and you’re tempted to talk about my wig or dressing, please don’t bother greeting me. Just pass, so we don’t see or greet each other. Leave me ALONE. If I no meet your ‘mannequin expectation’ of a role model, change me. I beg you. I NO DO AGAIN. No use me do role model, I have children that uses me as their role model. Use your mother, sister or anyone else as role model. Just leave me alone, let me live my life the way I wan to live it. If my local self can be MARY NJOKU, it says a lot about your posh self. Misplaced priority. Shout out to all my REAL fans.”
