According to Oluwadare, convener of the conference, parents, educators, caregivers and others were allowed to “unlearn and relearn positive parenting skills and how to handle trending issues related to raising children especially in these times that society is evolving”.
She added, ” a key outcome of the conference is to have parents empowered and equipped with the right skills, strategies and tools to help them navigate their parenting journey with ease as well as parent with calm, connect better with their children and overall, raise wholesome and well balanced children.
