CONTROVERSIAL actress, Uche Ogbodo has revealed how she received loads of threats from social media users during her pregnancy in 2021.
Uche Ogbodo took to her Instagram page to share a throwback video of her engaging in a workout session with her baby bump.
According to Uche Ogbodo, she misses all her workout sessions with her big belly, noting that after sharing a particular video on her page, she got many threats on her unborn child from social media witches.
In her words: “Since Today is Throw Back Thursday, Let’s Remember Bunny In the Oven. I miss all my Workout Sections with my Big Belle, After this Particular Video I got so many Empty Threats on my Unborn Child from Winchy Winchy People on Socio Medium but Thank God for A Successful Birth ! DEM NO BE GOD LAS LAS.”
Naija Times had reported that Uche Ogbodo recently opened up on the travails she experienced from an undisclosed illness.
Recounting her experience, she said: “To think that people died from this thing that happened to me and I am still here. I am still working, I am still fine. I told my sister that if anything happens to me, she should take care of my daughter like I am here.People judge people so much. On social media. You don’t know what that person goes through. I was going through hell, I was called names. People said I had HIV, that I was too dry. I was too skinny, I wasn’t looking fresh. I was called different names all through that time”.
Going down memory lane, Ogbodo said because of the ailment, she wasn’t bathing during the COVID-19 period in 2020.
“All that COVID-19 period, I wasn’t bathing. I wasn’t bathing during the 3 months lockdown. I couldn’t take care of myself but my man was there every day with me. My family were there, my sisters, my daughter Mildred, they were with me. It was a terrible experience for me. I just kept thanking God”
