104 ISWAP fighters, families surrender to troops

THE Nigerian Army has disclosed the surrender of about 104 members of the Islamic State in West Africa Province, ISWAP, and their families to the troops of 25 Task Force Brigade Damboa, Borno State.

Releasing a statement today, the Nigerian Army said the surrendered terrorists and their families comprises 22 males, 27 females, and 55 children.

According to the statement, the surrendered terrorists were received on Saturday.
