Ukraine city Mariupol begins civilian evacuation amid Russian invasion

FOLLOWING the partial ceasefire announced by Russia, on Saturday, to allow residents of two Ukrainian cities that were surrounded by Russian forces, including the strategic port city of Mariupol, to evacuate, the Mayor of Mariupol, Vadym Boichenko, has said that evacuation of civilians will begin at 9am GMT (11am local time).
