TOTTENHAM Hotspur have signed Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan on a free transfer.
The deal for the 33-year-old Croatia forward-cum-wingback was completed today after he underwent his medicals in London yesterday.
“We are delighted to announce the transfer of Ivan Perisic,” the club said in an official statement today.
“The vastly experienced Croatia international will join the Club on 1 July following the expiration of his contract at Internazionale and has agreed a deal that will run until 2024.”
Perisic started his career at hometown club Hadjuk Split, and has previously played for Sochaux in France, KSV Roeselare and Club Brugge in Belgium, as well as Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich in Germany.
He helped Bayern Munich win the UEFA Champions League title in 2020 while on loan from Inter, and returned to the Italian club to win the Serie A trophy the following season.
At international level, Perisic has made 113 appearances for his country, scoring 32 goals.
“I’m really excited to start with the Spurs family,” he told his new club’s website.
