OYO: Assembly impeaches Deputy Gov Olaniyan

THE State House of Assembly has impeached the deputy governor of the state, Mr Rauf Olaniyan from office.

Olaniyan who was elected in 2019 on a joint ticket with the current Governor, Seyi Makinde on the platform of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) recently dumped the party for the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC).
