ENYIMBA head coach Finidi George is expecting a tough battle when his side visit Remo Stars today in a Nigeria Premier Football League clash.

The Aba giants have had a mixed start to the season, garnering just seven points from four matches after winning their opening fixture away to Nasarawa United.

They recorded their second win of the season at the weekend, beating Kwara United 3-0 in Aba, and Finidi is looking ahead to another test in Ikenne today.

“It is going to be a difficult game because they (Remo Stars) lost their last game against Insurance and they will be looking forward to winning at home,” the former Super Eagles winger told the Enyimba website.

“We, on the other hand, are coming from a good victory and would want to continue to have that run, so I personally think that it is going to be an interesting game.

“This will be the breaker. I would put it that way because if we can get a good result we would be better placed.

“We will try to see how we can go out there and compete. The boys are ready, they know what is at stake so we will give a fight and see how we can get a good result.”

Remo Stars won their first three fixtures of the campaign before getting battered 3-0 by Group A leaders Bendel Insurance in Benin on Saturday.

The Ikenne-based side are second in the standings behind unbeaten Bendel Insurance, two points ahead of third-placed Enyimba.
