AWARD-winning South African rapper, AKA, is dead.

The musician whose real name is Kiernan Forbes was allegedly shot dead in Durban yesterday.

Details of his murder were still sketchy at the time of publishing this article.

It is, however, believed that AKA was supposed to perform at his birthday party.
