Elections: UNIPORT shifts resumption to March 22

 THE University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), Rivers State, has postponed the resumption of academic activities by one week.

A statement attributed to the Vice-Chancellor of the UNIPORT, Professor Owunari Georgewill, said academic activities will now resume on March 22.

It stated that the decision followed the rescheduling of the governorship and state houses of assembly elections to March 18 by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
