A controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, aka Portable, he has been arrested by the police, and would be charged to court following the expiration of a 72-hour ultimatum that was given to him.

According to the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, The singer was detained yesterday at the state Police Headquarters in Eleweran, Abeokuta.
The artiste was captured on camera in two videos at his bar in Sango Ota, Ogun State, verbally abusing and rough handling some police officers on Tuesday. Portable however stated that an alleged Internet fraudster had sent the police to his bar to make the arrests of him and his staff members “for no reason,” .
Oyeyemi revealed that Portable was invited in response to a petition from a young studio owner who complained that Portable and his associates had locked his studio and beaten him to stupor.
Additionally, he said that the singer disregarded all of the summonses that were sent to him.
