A famous newscaster on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Aisha Bello Mustapha, has died.
She passed away yesterday night.
Her funeral will be held in the National Mosque in Abuja today at 1 p.m.
In the 1990s and early 2000s, Aisha Bello Mustapha was the General Manager of NTA Parliament and one of the prominent casters on NTA Network News at 9 p.m.
For many years, she was also the anchor of NTA News Extra.
She was previously known as Aisha Bello Katung before changing her name to Aisha Bello Mustapha.
Many of her fans have flocked to social media to express their condolences.
