It is with a heavy heart that I announce the demise of my colleague, ‘best man’, and very good friend of 54 years standing, Dr Adeyinka Shoroye, Consultant Paediatric Physician and Allergy Expert, in California, USA, in the late hours of Saturday, 17th February, 2024.
He succumbed to Autoimmune Hepatitis, aged 66, and survived by his 2 children, siblings and a host of relatives.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
He ‘rested from his labour, and his good works follow him’.
Eternal rest grant him, O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon him.
Sadly missed, fondly remembered…till we meet to part no more.
I am devastated.
