In a document obtained exclusively by Pulse, Anita has filed for divorce from her husband.
In the legal document, she also advised her estranged husband to contest the petition if he feels disgruntled.
Rumors of the couple splitting had been going around for months.
Anita first sparked divorce rumors when she relocated to the United States of America in April with their three children.
Pictures of just Anita and the kids alone in the USA have been frequent on her Instagram page.
A popular aphrodisiac vendor accused her in 2019 of buying items to keep her marriage together.
Later, the vendor removed the story from Instagram.
Known by his stage name Rudeboy, Paul Okoye is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, dancer, and performer.
Anita Okoye(nee Isama) and Paul got married in 2014, and the couple has three children.
The year before, they welcomed Andre. The couple welcomed twins Nadia and Nathan in 2017.
