Court strikes out suit against 76 #EndBadGovernance protesters

A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the case against 76 individuals involved in the nationwide #EndBadGovernance protest.

The presiding judge, Justice Obiora Egwuatu, made this decision after the Attorney General of the Federation’s counsel, M. D Abubakar, filed a motion to assume control of and terminate the suit.
