I gave God ultimatum to either kill me or fulfill his promise – Dayo Amusa

She recalled a moment when she broke down in tears in front of her domestic staff, desperately pleading with God to bless her with a child.

Amusa shared that she had undergone numerous medical checkups and surgeries in her pursuit of motherhood.

In a recent interview with Debbie Shokoya, Amusa recounted, “I remember singing at the top of my lungs and crying deeply, not caring that my maid and domestic workers were around. I told God, ‘It’s either you take my life at this moment or you fulfill the promise you have made to me. If there is anything positive left in my life, this is the time for it to happen.’

“I cried and told God I was tired. I knew how many medical checkups I had gone through and the number of surgeries I had experienced. I told God that if having a child was meant to happen, then let it happen. But if not, He should take my life.”

It is worth noting that in November 2024, Dayo Amusa welcomed a baby boy named Oluwafirewamiri. She has previously revealed that her ex-husband left her due to her struggles with infertility and moved on to have a child with another woman.
