Omowunmi Aloba, the widow of singer Mohbad, has shared her reasons for not being able to forgive the nurse who administered an injection to her late husband.
In a recent interview with Arise Television, she expressed her pain, stating that while the nurse continues to enjoy her life by going out and socializing, Omowunmi feels trapped.
“I can’t move freely, and my son hasn’t yet experienced the joys of childhood. Meanwhile, the same nurse, who could someday get married, has left me to face this turmoil alone,” she explained.
She candidly shared, “I cannot forgive that nurse because she made me a widow at just 24 years old. It’s as if she’s completely indifferent, living her life as though nothing has happened.”
Omowunmi added that she is uncertain if the injection given to her husband was a mistake, but if she were to confront the nurse, she would tell her, “You will experience everything you have put me through.”
Omowunmi further clarified that the nurse was recommended to them by Mohbad’s friend, Spending, due to the unavailability of her husband’s personal nurse.
It is worth noting that Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023. The circumstances surrounding his death are still unclear, and his body has yet to be buried, despite ongoing court hearings and police investigations.
