Osun State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, on Tuesday, said a 22-year-old male school teacher, Rufai Akorede, has been arrested for allegedly molesting a seven-year-old female pupil (name withheld) in Ilesa.
The suspect was accused of thrusting his manhood into the mouth of the victim in a classroom, after school hours.
A statement signed by the Command Public Relations Officer, Kehinde Adeleke, said Osun NSCDC’S State Commandant, Igbalawole Sotiyo immediately ordered discreet investigation into the incident when the matter was reported.
The statement also said the probe by the command revealed that Akorede started molesting the girl sometime in 2024.
