ESTHER Kemi Gbadamosi, founder and creative director of Radioxity Media, is currently participating in the Berlinale-Talent section of the ongoing – Berlin International Film Festival, otherwise known as Berlinale.
Writer, cinematographer, editor and animator with over 15 years experience, Esther, according to a release on social media by the Goethe Institit, Lagos, the German cultural centre, was selected to represent Nigeria with her work, `Prepared to die’, which was selected for the Berlinale Talents.
The Berlinale is described as a fantastic platform for future collaborations and connections among filmmakers around the world.
Gbadamosi’s films have received several interantional filmmaking awards including Winner MIFA Annecy 2022 Nigeria, Best Animation at the Inshort Film Festival 2021, Best Stop motion at LIFANIMA 2022, Independent Short Awards Los Angeles for the Best Female Director 2019 and many others. She was also the runner-up and third place at the Allianz Explore with Us Film Challenge Germany.
