SEVILLA and AS Roma booked their spots in the UEFA Europa League final tonight, while West Ham United and Fiorentina sealed passage to the UEFA Europa Conference League final.

Europa League specialists Sevilla advanced to their seventh final in the competition after a 2-1 home win over Juventus, going through 3-2 on aggregate.

It was the visitors from Italy who took the lead on the night and on aggregate when Dusan Vlahovic struck in the 65th minute, one minute after coming on.

Sevilla, who have won the UEFA Cup/Europa League a record six times, were back level six minutes later through Suso as the tie went into extra-time.

Erik Lamela scored five minutes into extra-time to give Sevilla the lead and they held on to reach the final despite Marcos Acuna’s red card five minutes from time.

In the other Europa League semi-final second leg, Bayer Leverkusen were unable to break down an ultra-defensive Roma side, who advanced to the final 1-0 on aggregate following a 0-0 draw in Germany tonight.

Roma, the Conference League holders, will battle Sevilla in the Europa League final at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary on May 31.

In the Conference League, West Ham scored in stoppage time through Pablo Fornals to beat AZ Alkmaar 1-0 in The Netherlands and advance to the final 3-1 on aggregate.

The English side will face Fiorentina who booked their spot after defeating Basel 3-1 in Switzerland tonight and 4-3 on aggregate.

The Conference League final is scheduled for the Fortuna Arena in Prague, Czech Republic on June 7.
