NIGERIAN singer, Brymo, has ordered legendary singer, Innocent Tuface Idibia, and his solicitors to proceed to court and sue for damages after he had claimed Tuface accused and harassed him for allegedly getting sexually involved with his wife, Annie Idibia.
It would be recalled that Brymo, in series of tweets on October 4, 2021, narrated his ordeal in the hands of Tuface Idibia, who had accused him of sleeping with, his wife, Annie.
Brymo also explained how he was lured and attacked by some gangsters instructed by Tuface, who blatantly denied when he confronted him with the allegations.
In a new development, Brymo took to the microblogging platform to share a letter he received from the lawyers of Tuface stating that his baseless statement and false accusations have caused the singer and his family distress.
The statement also disclosed that Brymo‘s outburst might be inspired by confessed episodes of getting high and philandering.
However, Brymo has 48 hours to retract his statement and apologise to 2face and his family on all his social media platforms or risk being sued for one billion naira.
Reacting to this, Brymo advised 2face and his lawyers to go to court, adding that he still insists on all his had tweets asserted.
