LEICESTER City won their first FA Cup trophy on Saturday with a 1-0 win over Chelsea in the final at Wembley Stadium.
The Foxes got the only goal of the final through Youri Tielemans who scored with an unstoppable long-range rocket midway into the second half.
Nigeria stars Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho were on from the start as Leicester City won the Cup at their fifth attempt, having lost all the four finals they previously reached.
After a tepid first half that Chelsea largely dominated without creating much, the game came alive after the break.
Leicester City got on the ball more and took the game to Chelsea, making it a more engaging contest.
Brendan Rodgers’ side then got the breakthrough when Ayoze Perez intercepted a pass in midfield and shifted the ball to Tielemans who unleashed a rising shot that flew into the net.
Chelsea thought they had equalised very late into the game through former Leicester City player Ben Chilwell but VAR checks revealed an offside in the build-up and the goal was chalked off.
Leicester then held on for the historic triumph.
