WRITER and media personality, Chude Jideonwo will be the guest of the the James Currey Society on May 4 at the University of Oxford.
Discussing The Role of New Media in Politics, the session is on the platform of the society’s monthly lecture series, titled: “Glass Ceilings & New Vistas.”

Jideonwo, himself a tested and competent nterviewer across media platforms will be introduced by David Lanre Messan, an Honorary Fellow of the James Currey Society.
Chude Jideonwo is a Nigerian lawyer, journalist and media entrepreneur. He is the founder of Joy Inc., an American benefit corporation with a Nigerian subsidiary, which aims to make people happier. He has worked for several years in media, advertising and public relation.
The James Currey Society was founded by writer, filmmaker and publisher Onyeka Nwelue, to study the works of eminent British publisher of African Studies, James Currey.
